What it is
These are personal data transmitted by the user in an optional, explicit, and voluntary manner, such as when requesting information through forms or by calling the numbers or writing to the email addresses indicated on the site.

Purpose
The optional personal data provided by the user are used only to follow up on any requests made. In the sections of the site dedicated to certain services, there are specific information notices that the user must view and accept before providing data, detailing all information on data processing.

Management
The optional personal data provided by the user are kept only for the time necessary to follow up on any requests made.

Non-Provision of Data
Excluding browsing data necessary for computer and telematic protocols, the optional processing of the user's personal data will result in the inability to proceed with any requests submitted or intended to be submitted by the user.

Who Knows the Data Provided
The data collected will be processed only by the Site Owner and may be known by external parties, such as IT consultants, whom the Site Owner uses for maintenance and assistance activities.
